Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By using Result.Law, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.
Description of Service
Result.Law provides information and analysis for traffic tickets, medical bill disputes, and student loan repayment planning. This is an information service only — not a law firm, not a legal service, and not a substitute for professional legal or financial advice.
Payment and Refunds
Full assessments are available for a one-time payment: $9 (traffic ticket), $25 (student loan repayment plan), or $45 (medical bill dispute). These are single payments with no recurring charges.
Due to the digital nature of the service, all sales are final once the full assessment has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your assessment, contact us at support@result.law within 7 days for a resolution.
No Legal or Financial Advice
Nothing on Result.Law constitutes legal advice or financial advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed. Student loan repayment information is educational only — not a substitute for advice from a licensed financial advisor or student loan counselor. See our full disclaimer for details.
Limitation of Liability
Result.Law is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Result.Law and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to unfavorable court outcomes, insurance changes, or reliance on information provided.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information. However, laws, procedures, and federal program rules vary by jurisdiction and change frequently. Student loan repayment plan rules and eligibility requirements are subject to ongoing legal and regulatory changes — always verify current terms at studentaid.gov or with your loan servicer. We make no guarantee that the information provided is complete, current, or applicable to your specific situation.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Result.Law after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
